## Creative use

Use the website to plan fictional creative work. Only choose images you own or have permission to edit. If people appear, obtain appropriate permission for their use. The site does not authorize use of another person's likeness, trademark or protected content.

## Scope of the tools

Photo selection first creates a local preview. Authorized generation sends the selected photo and template instructions to Kie. Generation is currently restricted to the verified studio owner for a capped test. A request rejected before provider submission does not start a new provider task. Result videos are template illustrations and are never substituted for your own generated video.

## Fictional scenes

Flying cars and stunts on this site are creative concepts. Do not present fictional or generated footage as proof of a real event, a vehicle capability or a manufacturer announcement. These briefs are not directions for performing real vehicle stunts.

## Availability and changes

Tools may be updated, interrupted or removed. Keep your own copy of any brief you need. Google accounts and private video storage are available. Payments and public generation are outside this limited test. Model results may differ from the template example; availability does not guarantee a particular visual outcome.
