When to choose this scene
Use the cat cyclist example to plan a rider-and-bicycle stunt. Treat the rider and bike as one assembly through the ramp climb, airborne phase and final close-up.
Choose the photo angle
One full-body rider with the complete bicycle, including both wheels and handlebars. A cat-face portrait alone does not describe the outfit, riding pose or bicycle.
Preserve the rear approach, overhead ramp view, airborne cut and final rider close-up. Keep rider and bicycle connected across every cut.
The shot sequence
- Show the cat cyclist riding toward the curved ramp.
- Carry the rider and complete bicycle together up the wall and through the airborne turn.
- Land in smoke, then keep the same cat, outfit and bicycle in the final closer view.
Common errors and targeted fixes
| Problem | Change to try |
|---|---|
| The cat becomes a human after the cut | Repeat the cat identity, outfit and bicycle in every shot, including the close-up. |
| The bicycle disappears in flight | Keep rider and bicycle as one linked assembly; preserve both wheels and handlebars. |
| A second original rider remains | Replace the entire designated rider-and-bike pair, not just the face. |
