Before you purchase
How does payment work?
Choose a pack, upload your photo and sign in with Google. Stripe shows the pack total before payment. Confirmed payment adds the full pack to your account; return to the studio and confirm generation. Each task uses one credit. Buying a pack does not start a task.
Is this a subscription? Can I use credits separately?
Every pack is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Credits stay in your account balance and can be used for separate Ramp stunt tasks. There is no free generation allowance.
What if generation fails?
A server-confirmed failed task returns its one video credit once, regardless of pack size. Unknown submissions stay under review; do not submit again. A credit return is not a cash refund. Contact support for payment questions.
Does a larger pack improve the result or speed?
Packs change the number of video credits and the unit price. All packs use the same 720P, 15-second workflow and queue. Subject identity and details can vary; no pack guarantees a specific result.
What result and waiting time should I expect?
Your complete subject replaces the moving subject in the existing ramp clip, retaining its scene and stunt sequence. Queue and rendering can exceed 15 minutes. You can leave and check My videos later.
Can I pay for every gallery template?
Only Ramp stunt is currently sold. Other gallery videos are visual references. A completed video is not automatically refunded because of a subjective quality preference.
