When to choose this scene
Choose this scene when the contrast between a stationary queue and one moving car carries the story. Surrounding cars establish the height and scale of the escape.
Choose the photo angle
Front three-quarter view of the whole car. Keep the windshield and front wheel clear; reflections should not hide the body color.
Suggested brief: portrait frame, wide bridge establishing shot and one driver insert. Leave a clear vertical corridor above the hero car before following it forward.
The shot sequence
- Establish a white roadster surrounded by stationary bridge traffic.
- Cut briefly to a fictional driver activating the control, then return to the same queue.
- Lift only the hero car above the roofs and follow its forward escape over the bridge.
Common errors and targeted fixes
| Problem | Change to try |
|---|---|
| The whole queue begins to fly | Describe surrounding cars as grounded, stationary background objects; isolate the hero vehicle by color and position. |
| The car clips the roof ahead | Ask for a vertical clearance phase before forward movement. Avoid combining lane changes and lift in one instruction. |
| The bridge changes after the cut | Retain the same towers, cable lines and traffic positions. Keep the driver insert short. |
